Role Summary

This role is all about speaking with warm leads and booking them into paid consultations with our Registered Migration Agents.
If you enjoy phone-based conversations and love helping people take the next step, this will suit you perfectly.

You’ll be making inbound and outbound calls, guiding couples with clarity and warmth, and confidently converting their enquiry into a booked appointment.

An opportunity to compress your work into a 4-day work week (Mon–Thurs), with occasional calls outside Aussie hours to connect with overseas clients

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to warm leads who’ve enquired about partner visas
• Handle inbound calls from couples needing guidance
• Qualify callers and confidently book them into paid consultations
• Follow clear call flows, scripts, and processes
• Transfer calls for current clients and stakeholders
• Support with appointment confirmations and onboarding admin

Most of your day will be appointment setting — that’s the heart of the role.
