A lot of people often confuse the points based system used for a skilled visa and assume that it is applicable to a Partner Visa.
The partner visa is NOT points based, nor is it competitive in terms of skills and qualifications.
There is no one set checklist you need to tick to be eligible for a partner visa, as required for a skilled visa.
The main criteria for a partner visa is evidencing a genuine and continuing relationship which can make the assessment very subjective.
That is why it is important to get a Registered Migration Agent to assess your personal set of circumstances and evaluate whether you meet the criteria.
If you haven’t had professional advise and assessment of your personal circumstances yet, we highly advise that you book your Visa Consultation today.Book a Visa Consultation
