Julie Van Arts was our Registered Migration Agent for a Partner (subclass 820). Julie and the support team at Freedom Migration earned every penny guiding us through a complex process. They were organized, professional, and prepared us from the start for potential complications that did eventuate. Julie guided us over a hurdle to the outcome we all wanted - a partner visa. When I read Julie's support letter for our visa application, it was clear that she had immersed herself in every supporting document to our 20-year marriage. Poor Julie! Her letter was incredibly well written and gave us full confidence that our application was as solid as it could be. Win or lose we had the best shot. Their portal setup makes it so easy to attach documents and photos as you locate them so it's impossible to forget where you left off and what support evidence you still need to gather. We started the process in Los Angeles and ended up in Melbourne while Freedom Migration are located in Brisbane. A remote process from start to finish without issue. I was searching and comparing migration agents through the web then I was curious about the reviews from Freedom Migration. I didn't hesitate to leave my contact details and waited for a call. Had a talk with Georgina through Zoom and explained everything to me in detail. Was happy about how she explained everything and was enlightened about the visa and the other options to take. How many points do you need for a Partner Visa?

A lot of people often confuse the points based system used for a skilled visa and assume that it is applicable to a Partner Visa.

The partner visa is NOT points based, nor is it competitive in terms of skills and qualifications.

There is no one set checklist you need to tick to be eligible for a partner visa, as required for a skilled visa.

The main criteria for a partner visa is evidencing a genuine and continuing relationship which can make the assessment very subjective.

That is why it is important to get a Registered Migration Agent to assess your personal set of circumstances and evaluate whether you meet the criteria.

I’ve already have applied for a partner visa on the 1/2/2021 and I’ve changed the migratory lawyer twice I’ve got no answer from the Immi since November 2021..I’ve been in Macedonia leaving with my husband since March 2020
And I’m stuck here ..
