My partner Jane, and I are delighted to be able to take this opportunity to thank Julie and her team at Freedom Migration for their services in obtaining a prospective marriage visa for Jane. From the beginning of their service, commencing with our consultation with Emma, through to the recent delightful and, sooner than we expected news, of my partner’s visa being approved, Julie and her team were the epitome of professional and knowledgeable. We were very fortunate that for our initial new client consultation session that we had was with Freedom Migration's owner, Emma. Up to that point, I had already contacted several other registered migration agents and had paid consults, but walked away feeling my questions around our situation wasn't fully addressed/answered.It was a breath of fresh air when my partner and I met with Emma and she was able to "size up" our situation very accurately in little time and provided us with various options on how to progress as well as giving us a realistic summary of the entire process from beginning to end. We came away from that initial consult session with solid confidence not only that we have found the right migration agency, but also a level of confidence around what our chances of success would be despite the fact that no guarantees can be provided on such matters.Today we received the granting of the 820 visa, only 3 months after lodgement of our application by the hard working team at Freedom Migration headed up by Julie & supported by Gracelda and many others working behind the scenes. When this process is normally estimated by the Dept of Home Affairs to take approximately between 6 months to 2yrs arrive at a decision, we know the fast turn around is due in no small part to the advice/guidance/support that Freedom Migration has providedto us in preparing the required supporting documentation for our application.We can't praise everyone at Freedom Migration highly enough for their professional advice, prompt service and support afforded to my partner and I through out the entire process.A very well earned and deserved 5 STARs for Freedom Migration.***** HIGHLY Recommended !!!!!! *****

My partner and I decided to use Freedom Migration in the seeking of an Partner Visa 309/100. My partner was abroad (Philippines) and while travel was limited we went through the application process with FM - and I am very glad we did as the Visa was granted last week after 12 months post application.It is a very expensive process in regards to seeking this Visa and after much consideration we chose FM. All of the various forms and proofs as well as numerous requirements were laid out for us and they guided us through the whole process ensuring that what was completed was as the Dept would be seeking - this helped immensely as there were many items I would never have considered if we had done this ourselves and it could have made the process very long, and in the worst case scenario a failure with a large financial loss.My Partner and I would like to thank Julie and Gracelda, and all the team at FM in getting our Visa granted and making the process much less stressful and risky if we had approached completing it ourselves. Wondering where to access updates and Partner Visa news?

I frequently get enquiries about incorrect Partner Visa information that my clients have read on online platforms, social media, and sadly sometimes even certain news articles.

Some clients have sadly gone on to rely on this information and jeopardised their Partner Visa application as a result.

This begs the question “Where can you find credible Partner Visa news?”

This is a difficult one because, although some news articles are accurate, some do have incorrect information or present the information in a way that can easily be misconstrued or misinterpreted.

The immigration website is a credible source for updates, but this too is subject to interpretation and understanding of the law. Truthfully, it can be confusing at times.

My advice would be to always check with a Registered Migration Agent before relying on any Partner Visa news you have seen online.
